The defendant, John Fount May, Jr., appeals his conviction in county court, affirmed by the district court, for aiding and abetting a juvenile in door-to-door sales solicitation in violation of several sections of the Fort Collins Code commonly described as the Citys "Green River" ordinance (ordinance). Because we find that the ordinance violated by the defendant does not unconstitutionally restrict commercial speech, we affirm the defendants conviction.
